Submit your brief

Fill in the commission form with your concept, reference images, model type, style preference, and budget. The more detail, the better the quote.

Scope review and quote

Every request is reviewed manually. You'll receive a detailed quote with scope, timeline, and pricing within 48 hours — no automated responses.

Confirmation
Approve quote and pay deposit

Review and approve the detailed quote, then pay your deposit to lock in your production slot.

Production
Sculpting with milestones

Production begins. WIP images appear in your client dashboard at each milestone stage. Two revision rounds are included in every commission.

Preview
Interactive 3D preview

The final sculpt is uploaded as an interactive 3D viewer in your dashboard. Rotate, zoom, and inspect every angle before approving and making final payment.

Delivery
Pay balance and unlock files

Pay the remaining 50% and your files unlock immediately — STL, OBJ, ZBrush source, DXF, or depth maps depending on the project agreement.
